Asset Based Community Development includes information on a number of different evidence-based practice models that other organizations can avail themselves of, an asset-based approach – to build on the strengths and capabilities of local communities, hence, asset-based strategies, help the poor and working poor to create wealth, achieve financial independence, and join the economic mainstream.

Resources and tools to help you with your tasks or direct you to further information, one of the easiest ways to design an asset map is to create a set of concentric circles, with individuals at the center, and associations, organizations, and businesses in the outer circles, also, including communities, on identified projects and activities.
